HOK公布了珠海市工人文化宫及市方志馆项目商业立面设计方案。

本项目位于珠海城市中心香洲核心行政区,项目周边生活配套功能齐全。商业定位为主题型购物中心,通过文化、亲子、健康、自然等主题呈现对城市悦享生活的追求。项目消费客群以区域内中高端家庭客群为主,打造珠海最具格调的城市生活方式体验的购物中心,提供集购物休闲、社交娱乐、家庭生活、休闲体验于一体的城市生活花园。
为了打造一个绿意盎然且舒适的生活体验商城,在体量和立面设计上糅合了大自然的形态和都市独有的人民和文化气息, 同时也考虑了与南侧文化宫的设计联系。项目以现代手法寄托城市精神,透过下沉式广场将自然与人文艺术结合,融入城市周边环境。
商业部分建筑取梯田的元素融合植被绿化,展现梯田的诗意形态,景观顺应层迭咬合与进退,以流线形式连接特色空间以承载不同的体验。裙房屋面花园将自然与生活相融合,打造简约与舒适生活社区体验。通过体量及立面上的进退处理, 追求与文化宫设计上的流动性及线性动态互相呼应。
商业立面结合建筑体量并参考自然风景中森林、瀑布和竹林的特独形态, 透过多种轮廓的竖肋以呈现出不同的立面韵律。商业广告与店铺展示面一起设计,风格与功能并重。根据室内功能布局,外立面主要由店铺展示面、简洁鲜明的广告位、时尚金属造型墙与媒体屏幕等元素构成项目的整体形象。

HOK has revealed the façade design for the Zhuhai Workers’ Cultural Palace & Municipal Museum Retail Project.
The site is in the heart of Zhuhai city, at the junction of the old and the new Xiangzhou. It is situated in the core administrative area of Xiangzhou, south of Meihua East Road, east of Yingbin North Road, and adjacent to Wuzhou Flower City Phase III. This prime location provides tenants and visitors high-level amenities around the site and easy access to historical and cultural destinations.
The shopping center is themed around the concept of culture, family, well-being and nature to respond to the desire of a pleasurable city life. It provides Xiangzhou residents an urban life garden that integrates retail, social entertainment, family, and leisure experiences, positioning this new development as a premier commercial venue with a stylish urban lifestyle experience in Zhuhai.
HOK’s facade design draws inspiration from nature and local culture and art. To create a holistic impression, the connection with the Cultural Center in the South is also carefully considered.
The project uses modern techniques to embody the unique spirit of the city. Integrating nature with local culture and art through a sunken plaza, it blends in with the surrounding urban environment. The architecture combines elements of greenery to showcase a poetic form of urban terraces. The forest garden on top of the podium integrates nature and life, creating a simple but comfortable community living experience. The design is consistent with the linear, free-flowing form of the Cultural Center, combining terraced massing and green façade, it creates visual continuity across levels and plots.
The retail podium façade is inspired by the natural landscape of forest, bamboo and waterfalls, and expresses this diversity through architectural fins with individual profiles. The commercial LED advertisement board and shopfronts of the retail stores are designed to balance the overall style and functions. The combination of façade elements in shopfronts, advertising space, modern metal feature walls and media LED screens, are designed in response to the indoor function layouts, integrating the overall image of the project.
