中国金茂，在历经十载对长沙梅溪湖国际新城板块的成功开发后，而今，另一座以“国际新城”命名的大型城市板块开发项目—长沙东山湾国际新城又在悄然崛起，加速进入中国金茂拓展开发的运营版图。

Ten years ago, Jinmao developed projects in Meixi Lake International New Town, Changsha, successfully. After ten years of elaboration, now, it focuses on another large-scale urban development project in Dongshan Bay International New Town, Changsha, also under the name of “International New Town.”

国际新城，坐落于长沙湘江新区核心起步区的岳麓高新区，开发面积约14.67平方公里。

In this plate, everywhere released the landscape feelings of "pluck chrysanthemums under the eastern hedge, then gaze long at the distant summer hills." The project is adjacent to the national ecological park of nearly 6,666,666 m² and the green corridor of two rivers.

The rail transit system will introduce the most convenient public transportation system into the International New Town. 这座千年学府是我国历史上四大书院之一，也是世界上最古老的学府之一，她闪烁着时光淬炼的人文精神，也是中国古典教育文化的展示窗口。

This millennium institution is one of the four significant academies in China's history and one of the world's oldest institutions. It flashes the humanistic spirit tempered by time and is also the display window of Chinese classical education and culture.

设计以承载“学海起点”的学府之“门”为基本单元，叠加时光隧道中飞速穿越的时光印记，经过设计的重构整合，形成了跨过千年屏障，贯通传统与现代的“时光之门”。

The design takes the university's "gate" bearing "the sea of learning's starting point" as the basic unit, superimposing the mark of time passing through the time tunnel. The design formed the "gate of time" across the millennium barrier through reconstruction and integration, connecting tradition and modernity.

 时光栖居，惬意时刻

每当我们想到城市生活的场景时，脑海中浮现的都是钢筋混凝土的建筑丛林。喧嚣，密集的场景，行色匆匆的脚步……然而在这里，却是“古木阴中系短篷，杖藜扶我过桥东。”

Whenever we think of urban life scenes, a jungle of concrete and steel buildings comes to mind. The hustle and bustle, the dense environment, the hurried pace. However, here is the scene: "tie a short canopy in the ancient trees' shade, the staff helped me cross the east bridge."

远处似有暮云自山谷中飘来，脚下是花树成荫的园路，耳畔有隐隐传出的欢声笑语；走近时，蝉语蛙鸣，清幽静谧，不经意间抬头，已是星月辉映，万家灯火。

There seemed to be cloud drifting from the valley in the distance, and the garden road shaded by flowers and trees was at my feet. There were faint sounds of joy and laughter in my ear. Approaching, cicadas and frogs singing, quiet, inadvertently looked up. The stars and moon had shown, and ten thousand lights had enlightened.

内外之间 / Between inside and outside

得天独厚的景观资源是项目的最大亮点。延续场地内外的的景观资源，是设计的重中之重。

Unique landscape resources are the biggest highlight of the project. The most important part of the design is the continuation of landscape resources inside and outside the site.

森林城市、岳麓山、湘江、杜鹃花，这些美好的事物，早已成为长沙数千年来的城市符号，也是本案的规划景观设计主题。设计在内部构建超大尺度中央花园，同时引入木梓塘公园和靳江河风光带稀缺的景观资源，相互渗透联动，形成内外合一的景观网络空间。

Forest City, Yuelu Mountain, Xiangjiang River, and azaleas, these beautiful things, have become the urban symbols of Changsha for over one thousand years and are also the theme of the planning landscape design of this case. The designers planned a super-scale central park and introduced the scarce landscape resources of Muzi Pond Park and Jinjiang River into the design, enabling them to penetrate and interact, forming a landscape network space integrated inside and outside.

在辛苦的工作之余，可在无界的宽景阳台上放飞心灵。

远望木梓塘公园，

水天一色，绿荫如盖；

回眸乐活中庭，

曲径通幽，衣香鬓影。

内外之间利用超大的建筑栋距，构成空间上的视觉通廊，形成“大公园”景观主轴。

After hard work, you can relax your mind on the expansive view balcony.

Look beyond the Muzi Pond Park,

You can see water and sky, and the boundless shade looks like a vast cover;

Look back at the atrium,

The curly paths lead to peaceful places, where some beauties are playing in the shadow.

The large building distance between inside and outside constitutes a visual corridor in space, forming the central axis of the "big park" landscape.

 乐活中庭 / LOHAS Atrium

在超过1万平方的中心大花园“乐活中庭”处停留，用心领会森林之茂与繁花之盛。它借鉴纽约中央公园“以景观带价值”的概念，以自然景观成就超级价值。“层林之屿”与“喵喵花谷”是乐活中庭的两大组成。

Stay in the central garden of over 10,000 m2, the atrium, to appreciate the luxuriant forest and blooming flowers. The architects referred to the concept of "bring the value through the landscape" from New York's Central Park to achieve super value with the natural landscape. "Forest Island" and " Meow Valley" are the two main components of the atrium.

“层林之屿”以阳光草坪见长，穿插各类空间，可供休憩、洽谈、冥想，辩论时政，邻里社交，康体锻炼，包容了生活的方方面面。遍地鸟语花香的“幻彩森语”主题空间，栽植名贵花木，可于雨里看花，雪中望树，流连之际，辨识林树名花，增进知识。

"Forest Island" is famous for its sunshine lawn, interspersed with various spaces for rest, negotiation, meditation, debate, neighborhood socializing, and physical exercise, including all aspects of life. The theme space of "Magic Color Forest Language" is filled with birds singing and flowers. Due to this space's plenty of precious plants, you can watch the flowers in the rain and the trees in the snow. Walking there, you can identify the famous trees and flowers and enhance your knowledge about this area.

可爱主题的“喵喵花谷”则是儿童活动玩耍的天堂，喵喵植物课堂、喵喵花谷，让孩子在这里放松身心，寓教于乐，健康成长。

The lovely themed "Meow Valley" is a paradise for children. Meow plant class and Meow flower valley allow children to relax, learn through lively activities and grow up healthily.

 归家动线 / Returning route

礼序重门、书香门第，是我国传统的家庭礼制及文化。于此处的桃源之内，也是一样的以礼持家，遵守教化。归家时，由远(社区大门)及近(入户大堂)走入；由大(乐活中庭)到小(组团花园、宅间花园)穿越；一路迤逦而来，沿途步移景异，赏心悦目，一切释然，心旷神怡。

High walls and heavy doors reflect Chinese traditional family rituals, dignity, hierarchy, and culture. Here in the peach land, the family rules and culture and the custom of education observance are the same. When you return home, walk in from far (neighborhood gate) to near (entrance hall), from giant (the atrium) to small (group and house gardens). Along the way, you’ll find the scenery changing following your move, all pleasant and relieved.

当住户的脚步来到楼栋大堂，入目所见的漂亮精致的楼栋造型，可充分展示项目精益求精的建造精神。

When residents come to the lobby, they can see the beautiful and exquisite building shape, which can fully demonstrate the construction spirit of the project.

Part. 04

 二十一世纪的时光之门 

The Gates of Time in the 21st Century

在时光之旅飞速前行的今天，我们希望以不同位置和不同形式的“时光之门”，来诠释长沙的本地文化与现代社会的科技力量。用现代建筑的材质和手法，抽象、演绎，表达对未来生活的期许。

Today, we hope to interpret Changsha's local culture and the technological power of modern society with different forms of "time gate." With the materials and techniques of contemporary architecture, the architects abstracted and deducted the concepts to express their expectations of future life.

近人尺度精致的石材墙面，带着光泽的银灰色铝合金立柱，或者是轻盈纤细的咖啡色金属格栅，甚至是亚光材质附带灯带的楼梯踏步，恰到好处的绿植坛花……用手触摸，用心体会，温凉、光滑的质感，现代美学的审美，处处透着精雕细琢的匠心。

You can see the delicate stone walls, the column of silver-gray aluminum alloy with luster, the thin coffee metal grilles, the stair steps of matte materials and light belts, good green plants and flowers, and so on. Touch by hand, feel by heart, you will feel the soft, clean, and smooth texture of the materials, modern aesthetic, and the ingenuity of carving showing everywhere.

门形的楼栋门厅大堂，蓝色的深浅搭配，楔形的浅色石材饰面与深色的金属框体衔接，给人以大气而细腻的韵味；高科技刷脸的无感出入系统，是对老人和孩子的用心关爱，无界关怀。

The foyer hall, the matched light and dark blue colors, and the wedge-shaped light stone veneers connected with the dark metal frame body, those details brought us an atmospheric and delicate charm. High-tech facial recognition in and out system shows the care of the elderly and children.

夜晚，每当华灯初上时，大堂内橘色的暖光透出，温馨的港湾情结会在瞬间感染到每一个辛苦晚归的家人。

At night, when the lights are on, the warm orange light in the lobby shines through, and the warm harbor complex will instantly infect every family member who works hard to come home late.

然而，建筑的品质核心，一直是藏在建筑材料、建筑工艺里的遴选和功力。高标准、高品质的设计和建造要求贯穿了整个项目的全过程。货真价实的建筑材料和多重多种的工艺工法，呈献出美轮美奂的建造品质，让每处细节都经得起挑剔，让每一个楼盘都成为一部作品。

However, the core of architectural quality has always lain in building materials selection and technique skills. High standards and high-quality requirements stay throughout the project design and construction process. The quality of the construction, with its authentic materials and multiple techniques, makes every detail stand up to criticism and makes every building a work of art.

 结 语 
“ EPILOGUE ”

中国金茂，是一个遵循着“城-人-产”逻辑的优质城市运营机构。她娴熟应用地域文脉，具备前瞻性的预判目光，且以科技为创造手法，将以本案的开发和打造，再掀城市建设潮流，结合健康生态，传递生活美学，释放无限活力，达到区域功能和城市能级的全面提升。
